Visitor's Rules of Conduct


Visitors are required to sign a waiver before entering the main enclosure.  This waiver protects Wolf Mountain Sanctuary from any liability from actions contrary to these Rules of Conduct.


At NO time shall a visitor enter the main enclosure or any wolf enclosure without a WMS staff member or tour guide.


At NO time shall a visitor ignore ANY instruction given by a WMS staff member or tour guide.  These instructions are for your safety and are not to be considered frivolous.


At NO time shall a visitor give any animal on our property any treats or food without permission from Our Founder Tonya Littlewolf.  


Visitors are allowed to take photographs only in designated areas.  If instructed to not photograph an area or a particular wolf, the visitor must agree to said instruction.  No photos of Staff unless permission given.


All photographs taken by visitors are for PERSONAL use only.  No visitor is allowed to sell any image taken at WMS without permission from WMS.  If a visitor intends to use an image taken in a professional manner, the visitor must sign an Artist Contract.


ALL videos will be taken by a Staff Member ONLY.  No Exceptions.


General Information


Wolf Mountain Sanctuary is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, duly recognized by the Internal Revenue Service and all donations are tax-deductible.


The Sanctuary operates under permits from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), California Department of Fish & Game, and the County of San Bernardino Department of Public Health.  All permits are kept up to date and are displayed at the Sanctuary.

All images on this website are the express property of Wolf Mountain Sanctuary and were taken by either Tonya Littlewolf, Danna Cruzan or Stacy Westly.


All rights reserved which means no printing, copying or saving to your computer or any other electronic device.


Any and all images (photography, drawing, painting, sculpture, computer imaging, video, etc.) taken at, developed at, or inspired by Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, the wolves or staff at Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, and/or of Tonya Littlewolf shall be subject to the rules and regulations set forth in theArtist Contract


If any image taken at, developed at, or inspired by Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, the wolves or staff at Wolf Mountain Sanctuary, and/or Tonya Littlewolf, but NOT credited to WMS as per the rules and regulations set forth in the Artist Contract, said artist will be subject to legal action.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). This website and any products and services offered herein are not intended for persons under the age of 13. Wolf Mountain Sanctuary does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age. Wolf Mountain Sanctuary prohibits children under the age of 13 from using all interactive portions of this website, including leaving any comments, filling out forms, or otherwise submitting information Wolf Mountain Sanctuary will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If Wolf Mountain Sanctuary learns it has any information or content from anyone under the age of 13, it will delete that information.

Information collected from other sources

Wolf Mountain Sanctuary also obtains contact information from other sources, such as GoDaddy Forms and Facebook Messages and Text Messages sent to us

How we use your personal information

Wolf Mountain Sanctuary collects such information in order to send e-mails, fulfill orders, deliver services and products, complete customer transactions, oversee contests and promotions and improve website performance and customer service.

Who we share your personal information with


Wolf Mountain Sanctuary respects your privacy and will never sell, trade or transfer your personally identifiable information to third parties (beyond what is necessary for fulfilling a customer transaction or for the basic functionality of an online service) without your consent.

We do, however, share your name, email address, with our third party suppliers, credit card processors or email marketing programs. For a list of our third-party suppliers such as PayPal, GoDaddy, Get Response (email processor), and Gmail.  This data sharing enables us to deliver the goods & services you purchased directly to you. Those third-party recipients are based outside the European Economic.

Wolf Mountain Sanctuary may release personal information to enforce its Website Terms and Conditions of Use, other Terms and Conditions, manage its business, protect users or the general public, or to otherwise comply with legal obligations.

If you give Wolf Mountain Sanctuary your permission, it may also use personal identification information for internal or external marketing and promotional purposes.

On occasion, Wolf Mountain Sanctuary may collect personal identification information from you in connection with optional contests, special offers or promotions. Wolf Mountain Sanctuary will share such information with necessary third parties for the purpose of carrying out the contest, special offer or promotion. The provision of name, address, delivery address, etc. is not required by you to provide any personal data in order to view our website. We will inform you when we collect it whether you are required to provide the information to us.

We will hold your name, address, contact details and purchase history for a minimum of six years.
